About me

Hello, my name is Deirdre and here’s a bit about me and Causeway Coast Hypnotherapy which I started back in 2020 in Portstewart.

Causeway Coast Hypnotherapy has been providing personalized hypnosis sessions designed to help you lead a balanced, harmonious life. 

​

Previously I had been a tutor working with young people and apprentices which is where I became interested in providing more focused help and guidance to anyone who maybe needs some direction and support in their life.

​

I’m fascinated by the power of the mind, especially the sub-conscious in creating your own reality and future life.

​

I believe that Hypnotherapy, alongside Counselling Skills, can help and support anyone to make the positive changes in their lives and create the future they crave and deserve.

​

My Chrysalis Hypnotherapy and Counselling Skills Diploma is accredited by The National Hypnotherapy Society which has been regulated by the Professional Standards Authority since 2013.

​

I am a member of The National Hypnotherapy Society and have an Access NI Disclosure Certificate, as well as professional insurance through Holistic Insurance Services.

As a member of the societies above I adhere to their Codes of Ethics.
