Are you ready for a re-set?

After a winter that seemed to go on and on, I'm sure you're ready for Spring. The mornings are getting brighter and daylight is stretching a little bit longer into the evenings. Springtime is when we start to shed our winter layers and tentatively head outdoors again, weather permitting. We're ready for walks in nature and maybe even scouring websites for summer getaways or a quick weekend break. After the past couple of years we certainly deserve something to look forward to!

But how are you feeling about stepping out into the world? Yet again, the news is terrifying viewing, filling the car with petrol is enough to raise your blood pressure not to mention the size of the heating bills!

If all of this is raising your anxiety levels, affecting your sleep, causing headaches, nausea, teeth grinding, overthinking, being exhausted and feeling overwhelmed, it's time to get it under control and that's where clinical hypnotherapy can help.

The causes of anxiety are personal to you and each hypnotherapy session is tailored just to you and your needs. Hypnotherapy can help boost your feelings of confidence and self-belief as well as reducing those feelings of fear and worry. It can help you develop your ability to access the relaxed state of mind needed to overcome those over-whelming emotions that come with anxiety.

By using the power of suggestion, hypnotherapy aims to access your subconscious mind and promote positive change. The suggestions themselves are tailored to help you learn what triggers your anxiety and why, as well as changing the way you react towards them, in a few as four hourly sessions.

In March and April if you book a four session block of hypnotherapy for anxiety, the fourth session will be free of charge. For details of the treatments available and information on what hypnotherapy entails have a look at the website on:

If you need a quick technique to calm your emotions give this a try:

Sit somewhere quiet and close your eyes.

Breathe in through your nose for a count of four.

Hold the breath for a count of four.

Breathe out through your mouth for a count of four.

Do this four times and you'll notice that you've started to calm down
